Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in one glass of warm milk and drink daily before going to bed. If you want, you can add little honey in the milk for some sweetness.

If you are an avid tea drinker, than brew some turmeric and ginger tea for yourself and drink it twice daily. Add ½ teaspoon each of ginger and turmeric in 2 cups of boiling water.
