How to Lose Postpartum Weight easily at Home (12-15kgs in 3 months)

Here’s what we do in the program-


1. Simple Swaps for Substantial Results:


Making simple dietary swaps can have a significant impact. Transitioning from high-calorie options like parathas to roti, replacing dryfruit laddus with handful of soaked nuts, milk tea to black tea, we helped her reduce excess fat and calories


2. Optimized Protein Intake:


Increasing protein is crucial for preserving lean muscle mass during weight loss. We increased her protein intake by 20-30g per day, maintaining a calorie deficit by reducing carbs

Protein sources such as whey, tofu, soya, fish were staples in my diet.


3. Fiber-Rich Choices:


Fiber plays a vital role in promoting satiety and aiding digestion.

Incorporating fiber-rich foods like oats, leafy vegetables, and salads into her meals we ensured that she felt full and satisfied while consuming fewer calories.


4. Home Workouts:


Exercise isn't just about building muscles; it's also incredibly effective for burning fat.

Engaging in home exercise at least three times a week helped her shed body fat while sculpting and toning my muscles.


5. The Cardio Connection:


Cardiovascular exercise is key for burning calories and accelerating fat loss. We added & incorporated Zone 2 cardio sessions lasting 15-30 minutes into her exercise routine, enhancing her overall calorie expenditure and metabolic rate.


6. Consistency is key, but perfection isn't required:


Consistency doesn't mean working out every single day. Life happens & it's okay to miss a few exercise days. Important thing is to get back on track and resume your routine as soon as possible. Consistency over time yields results!


7. Being Patient:


Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is a lean, healthy body. Fat loss is a gradual process that requires time and dedication. Patience is paramount, and tracking progress every two weeks allowed me to stay focused and motivated on my journey.
