Shipping and Returns
The Customised and Personalised Programs are submitted with 5-8 Days as standard to each client digitally.
For the fact that the Online Fitness Programs are all digitally shared, there are no terms related to physical product shipping.
For the program submission terms, please refer to the Guide list under the listings on Programs page.
We at Manu Gupta Fitness take a keen interest and care in crafting and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, Manu Gupta Fitness does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e., product/articles don't match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect, we will be able to provide a Replacement for the same. However, if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client then we will only be able to give Store Credits (6 months Validity).
We request you to carefully look into the product specifications that are mentioned and then proceed to order.
Please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect.
