Wedding bells are around the corner and if you are a summer bride, it is time for getting in shape to wear those bikinis as the beaches are singing a honeymoon song all over the world. Getting your body ready for bikini season will take some hard work and dedication, but it does not have to be a torture, if you ask us. So, do you want a sexy, toned bikini body ready for your honeymoon? Get set and prepare yourself to follow this guide and get a bikini body in just four weeks.
We are looking at key areas– arms, legs and thighs, butts, abs and overall body curves, which you will need to focus on to ensure you are a bikini babe in time for post-wedding relaxation. You deserve it, after all a perfect wedding is not easy to pull off!
1. Squatting for a perfect butt
Keep your feet flat on the ground, about shoulder width apart from each other. Never let your knees extend beyond your toes. Bend at your knees as if you are going to sit back in a chair, keeping your heels on the floor. Pull in your abs, and keep your lower back in a neutral position. Training your legs, particularly with multi-joint compound exercises, burns a higher number of calories than easier upper-body moves such as biceps curl or lateral rises. This leads to increased fat loss, which is also partly caused by the release of hormones you get when training legs.
